My purpose for staying at the Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace was to propose to my partner. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and attention to detail throughout my stay. Although there was a minor issue with the air conditioning due to a heatwave, the staff rectified the situation promptly and even offered a discount on the room bill. The proximity to Chateau de Versailles and the free shuttle service to Paris were convenient. The concierge was attentive and friendly, the room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the gardens. I am immensely satisfied with my experience at the hotel and grateful for the memories created there.
